The Ladies and Gents from Sydney’s Old Time Street Rod Club have pulled off another one of their awesome annual Drive In Night’s. We were lucky enough to be able to head over too Blacktown Drive In’s on Saturday night. We got to see first hand the amount of vehicles this event attracts. Continue reading
We got word of a small car show put together by a couple of pretty passionate guys, and we thought we would drive down and have a look. We weren’t dissapointed by the eclectic mix of cars that where already on display.

I was lucky enough in the past two weeks to drop by D’agastino Kustoms and set up a little pinup shoot with the gorgeous Shannan Jae. Whilst there I also got to work with a couple of cars they had in the shop.
A 1953 Chevrolet Belair and a 1962 Pontiac Grand prix that had mild custom treatment in the states before it was shipped to Continue reading
The Sanctioned South Coast Showdown held for the first time at Black Beach reserve in Kiama on Saturday the 18th of January was of a supremely high standard. The weather couldn’t have been better with blue skies and a cool breeze coming in off the sea. The eclectic mix of cars worked well together spread over the reserve. Everything from wild customs, late-model imports and even a patina Continue reading
Most of us who grew up in and around the car scene can remember times as a kid, where you would head to a car show on the weekend with the family. Whenever I went to a show or event I was always in awe of the tough cars that would be gathered. I found that as the cars started rolling into Torque Bar & Grill on Tuesday night I was left with the same feelings of awe and want. Continue reading
It seems to have become an ordinary sight, to see a lift kitted four-wheel drive with nice wheels and clean paint in the heart of the city these days. You wouldn’t even look twice at them. You know the car has never been off-road in its life, but still gives off the impression that it would if it could. Ben’s 2005 Australian delivered F250 would be the exception to this rule. When you see a Military Green Continue reading
When you first spot this 66 Cadillac parked up you may think that it’s quite possibly a fresh import. You would be incorrect. Amy and Alex’s cadi has been in the country for quite sometime, since 1972 in fact, when it was privately imported here by a once mayor of Sydney. He had owned the car for 40 years, and it took them almost four months before they managed to get him to give up the keys. Continue reading
Torque Bar & Grill is fast becoming the most popular place for tough street cars, cool cruisers and hot rods to hang out. Next Tuesday the 17th December, Theo is shutting down the regular restaurant trade to put on a show and shine with the boys from Tuff Streeters Sydney car club. Starting at 7 pm and with a 50’s style diner menu on the night, there is bound to be some awesome cars and always great food Continue reading
Saturday afternoon, I have finished work for the day and figured I will head home, no plans were made for the evening. I finally got home relaxed a bit and decided to check out what was happening on the multitude of social media apps. I open Instagram to see multiple posts from @aushotrods (Sean Hammond) who happened to be in Sydney for the weekend, was hanging out with the Outkast car club. Continue reading
