The Sanctioned South Coast Showdown held for the first time at Black Beach reserve in Kiama on Saturday the 18th of January was of a supremely high standard. The weather couldn’t have been better with blue skies and a cool breeze coming in off the sea. The eclectic mix of cars worked well together spread over the reserve. Everything from wild customs, late-model imports and even a patina covered Kombi.
The boys from Killer Customs where out on display with Dave having just finished building his Harley riding it down and parking it with some of his customers cars. The Outkasts CC also had a showing of some of their members cars on display and kept up there usual high standards. There was even a Pontiac Firebird with scissor style doors. The Bikes and people kept pouring onto the reserve throughout the day to check out what was on display.
This was the first time the show had been held and judging by the quality, variation and quantity of cars it is only going to get bigger in the coming years.
